Join in for the inaugural Spice and Vine Society dinner as they explore one of the world's most exciting and unexpected wine frontiers. For their very first event, they are partnering with Hamish Williams from Periphery Wines to discover the remarkable wines emerging from China. From the high-altitude vineyards of Yunnan to the pioneering wineries of Ningxia, they will uncover the stories behind a new generation of winemakers who are redefining one of the world's oldest wine cultures. Over the course of the evening, you will enjoy a specially curated Longrain menu paired with six exceptional wines, presented across five tasting brackets, each designed to showcase the incredible relationship between Asian flavours and modern Chinese wines.
