Every October, Melbourne becomes the games capital of the Asia-Pacific as thousands of players, developers and industry professionals descend on the city for Melbourne International Games Week. Running across Melbourne, the festival is the biggest celebration of digital games in the region, bringing together public showcases, playable experiences, business events and education programs across ten days. Running since 2015, Games Week has become the meeting point for Australia's games sector and its audience, drawing local families and international industry alike.
